For the first , I nterviewed with my future manager and the HR director. Then I was called for a second interview which was actually more of a review of the job and an informal offer. They indicated that they needed approval from headquarters in South Korea. There was a good two month wait until I got an answer back (I finally called my future manager and asked about the status, to which he reply that, by change, the European director was in the facility and she could make the decision, so it all worked out).
