Phone call to schedule an interview. One interview with manager then hired. Started soon after. The interview was casual with no technical component. Standard for entry-level work and was overall very easy. Simple questions about self and customer service experience.
Sit down interview with department manager initially then second interview with department manager and store manager. Nice conversation about work history and career path and where do you see yourself in five years.
