This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever been on. I was asked a number of questions about how my current employer (a competitor) manages their agency, and was asked nearly no questions about myself or my credentials. It didn't take long for me to realize that I was never a candidate they were actually considering, but rather brought me in as a means to scope their competition. I was very uncomfortable the entire time.
