After submitting my resume in consideration for the Customer Service position, I was contacted within a couple of days to speak to someone via phone for an interview. We spoke, had a great first interview and conversation. I was asked if I would be interested to come in for an in-person interview the following week to which I said yes. I was told that I would hear back at the end of the week for a time to come in. This was a Wednesday, by Friday afternoon I did not hear word from anyone. I then waited to Monday morning to contact the person who interview me via email letting them know that I was still interested in the position and would like to come in for the in person interview we discussed. Heard nothing for several days. Finally I heard from my contact that they filled the position internally but thought I would be great fit for another position they have available, Project Manager, and if I was interested to let him know. I quickly emailed back after going on their website and reading the job description to express my interest and to know the next steps. This was a Monday, no contact the rest of the week, I decided to reach out once more on Friday of that week to let him know I was still interested and took the liberty of re-submitting my resume via their website for that position earlier that week . It's been over two weeks since my last email to them with no reply at all. I feel that even if they were not interested in moving forward with me to at least respond telling me so. Especially since they asked if I was interested in another position when the original position I applied for was filled. How unprofessional, even if I had heard back at this point this isn't the kind of company I would want to work for. Already accepted another opportunity elsewhere but would of been nice to hear back, even if it was an automated reply, anything. Good luck to all who apply with this company.
