Please do not fall for their scam. The company will NOT provide you the job that you applied for and also will try to brainwash you into accepting another role which has nothing to do with what you applied for. The offer letter I received was merely a single page word document which does not specify / elaborate anything. Job designation, salary etc. where all different compared to what we discussed during all interviews and after questioning their offer letter they immediately stopped replying to my E-mails. Also the projects that you will be working on are freelance projects from freelance websites. Before the first interview, they will provide you a simple web application assignment to complete. The tech stack required to complete the assignment has nothing to do with the job title. I applied for the Fullstack JavaScript Developer position and they asked me to build a web app using PHP and Laravel/ Yii2 for the backend and React.js / Vue.js in the frontend. After successfully submitting the assignment they will interview you via video call for a general discussion. The questions asked are about your personal experiences and also regarding the assignment. In the first interview they told me THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING PERIOD as they only select candidates who are willing to learn required technologies. During this interview the founder of the company told me that the assignment looks good and they will contact you if selected. We also talked briefly about my salary expectations during this interview. Later, I was asked to interview once again. They did not notify me about this round in the previous interview. Nevertheless, I attended the interview and that is when I started to see how fake the company is. Firstly, they will try to pitch you a different job instead of the position that you applied for. In my case, they asked me to work as a Business Analyst. The job of the business analyst in this company is to find clients for work (Tele-calling in other words). This has nothing to do with programming / Development. If politely rejected this offer MULTIPLE TIMES. After this, the founder asked me to explain the assignment all over again! I was quite confused as I clearly explained it in the last interview but I still explained it anyways. It was very clear that the guy does not even understand the basics of React.js. He was constantly asking me about the basic concepts. Later during the Q&A session, I asked him "Why would you specify the job role as "Fullstack JavaScript Developer if the work requires you to use only PHP and PHP frameworks in the backend?" The guy replied with "It is easier to find candidates with Fullstack JS Developer as the title". And then out of nowhere, they asked me to do an APTITUDE TEST (yes, during the interview) and gave me 10 mins to complete it. Finally, they told me that there is no bond while working with the company but the company expects you to work for at least 18 months. After asking a few more questions back and forth, the weird interview came to an end. Few days later, I received the offer letter. This was the worst offer letter I have seen in my life. The letter specified a different job role (Jr. Web Developer instead of Fullstack JavaScript Developer), it mentioned THERE WILL BE A TRAINING PERIOD FOR 3 MONTHS and the salary will be different during this period and also there will be a notice period of 1 month if I quit before 18 months. The letter also mentioned that the company follows few rules and guidelines while working WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT EXIST AND WILL BE AMMENDED WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. I questioned them about all this and never received a reply. Pretty sure they do not have the legal documents regarding the "rules and guidelines" either. I requested to see that document and maybe that could be the reason they stopped communicating. None of the things in the offer letter where specified before except for the minimum 18 months promise.
