I applied and was contacted by the recruiter with her calendly link to schedule my phone screen. I jumped at the first opening they had which was a few days later, and started prepping. The day of my phone screen, 10 minutes before the recruiter was to call me, she emailed saying all 3 openings were magically filled overnight and canceled my screen. Either they are extremely disorganized, or already knew who they wanted to hire and were just "going through the motions" to say they scheduled X amount of interviews.
