I applied online and got an email invitation to complete a take-home assessment which I submitted within two days. The next week the recruiter emailed me and said they received my submission and will reach out the following week with feedback and next steps. After several days they finally reached out and said thanks for interviewing, but the position has been filled. They didn't even review my assessment.
