Two quick rounds with the same interviewer. They basically asked me the same questions both times. I expected more but she that was it. Then I didn’t get called back. No feedback as to why not.

Applied online and spoke with internal recruiter, after the chat she said she submitted my profile internally, and never heard back since. No updates or follow up from the recruiter.
With this kind of split fees, at most times managers will make lots of money by taking advantage of the juniors, and juniors will make peanut.

What’s your billing numbers? Management experiences? Business development and client growth? What you’re looking for in the next role?
Lengthy 4 rounds of interviews. Very detailed questions. The first was intro phone call the second was general interview and third was with executive and last was meeting the team.
