It was first the secretary computer exam and then a second face to face interview with department head. I had to solve several questions prepared from them. Such as an excel sheet of their asking, a microsoft word document, a memo and solve a question

A short assessment of computer skills was done prior to the interview. Questions included regarding the previous experience, to quote examples of given skills in the resume, reasons for applying for this particular position, the fit for the current position, and necessary skills required for this position.
