Got called in for an interview after applying for a duty manager role. Got told after being questioned why i had applied for this role (5 minutes) that I wasn't suitable for that role and they had called me in for a reservations role. No pre notification of this and all my preparation was for nothing. Complete waste of time and effort. Chester management need a serious looking into. Unprofessional and acted like what they had done was perfectly fine.
