The process was fairly simple. I met with the HR first then the technical supervisor joined. It was at the HQ office. They asked me first the regular HR questions, my expected salary, previous achievements, why I was leaving my current company, etc. then they went into the details of the job

- about my education - they asked technical questions about the job itself - if I was comfortable wearing a coverall (I'm a girl) - if I was comfortable commuting to the job location on site

Entretien
I got a phone interview in 2011. He asked me questions pertaining to my educational experience. And I asked questions about if housing was offered, as living situations were not really an option at the time.
I was contacted for an interview for a lab technician position. I was asked a couple of hard technical questions which I was not really familiar with or expecting as they were more related to the drilling operations and not the laboratory work.
