Interview process was rocky. Rep "didn't get his wake-up call" for my interview, had to suffice with a phone interview that night. Asked very easy questions. Just trying to get a feel for who the interviewee is. Was informed I would be "recommended for an offer" and should hear back within a week on a final decision. Waited 2 weeks and still didn't hear anything. Overall post-interview communication poor until it was getting to be time to start (i.e. poor communication until Jan/Feb of starting year after accepting position in late Sept)
