Applied by submitting my resume through my university's career services website. I got an on-campus interview about a month or so after. A couple of weeks later, I received notice of a second interview, which is done in the field (Halliburton makes you fill out an online questionaire of your site preference if you were to get a second interview). This interview was a 2-day process: the first day consisted of an information session and dinner with some Halliburton Field Engineers, who were there to try to answer any questions you might have. The second day consisted of waking up early to go visit a job site and see first-hand what Halliburton does in the field; followed by an interview with one or two of their field engineers or a recruiter. This second interview is to test if you paid attention to the tour, what you liked abut it, and what area of work interested you the most. They also asked for my site preference again, as well as one analytical-style question.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
First interview: almost purely behavioral. Second interview is about the details of what you saw on the field.

There are three days campus recruitment process. Starting from written test in day 1, FGD in day 2, and, short interview in day 3. FGD was pretty casual, you'll be given 15 minutes to discuss a case, and depends on when your turn on presenting is, 1-2 hours to solidate the case outside while waiting for presentation turn. If you pass, you'll get into user interview the next day.

After passing the admin screening, I attended the psychometric/aptitude test at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. The test was conducted entirely online on our own devices; the venue had weak mobile signal and there was no option to take the test on paper, so a lot of time was lost just connecting and loading questions.
