I would say what interview I never was interviewed for the position I was invited to a hotel for a orientation hired on the spot. After going to the work training I realize that I would not be a good candidate for their driving position. Hired me on the spot put me on the payroll before I even have a chance to really think about the position I was committing to. It happened so fast now that I think about it if you hire people to drive railroad workers around so easily like that it's a little concerning for me I don't think it's a safe place to work two reasons one they expect you to drive up to 10 hours they give you 9 hours off and expect you to sleep during those 9 hours, on call 24 hours they want you to work 12 hours but drive 10 what happens if you get tired when you're driving? That is a reason I decided not to do it

The interview was a very quick and easy over the the phone interview. It probably only lasted as long as it did because I was asking my recruiter a lot of questions because I have always been curious about Hallcon. I have always seen the Hallcon vans in the past. So it was very to me interesting to finally get some insight on this type if work!
