Easy very casual interview asked few questions, more about experience. Had previous experience with bikes, just validated my credentials and offered me a job. Once hired i was given till training, before i knew it i was on the shop floor.

Having applied online, I received a confirmation regarding the interview date and time, which was set to occur at the store. Recognising that this marked my first job , they displayed a great deal of understanding and consideration regarding my limited prior experience.

Entretien
Very good, phone interview was easy and in store interview was one of the least intimidating I've ever had. It took about an hour, but was relaxed, friendly and the manager was nice. She talked about a good store culture there.
