The interview process was very relaxed, and I immediately felt welcomed. We discussed my prior work experiences, handling obstacles in the field, problem solving during adversity, and leadership experience. The interview process was estimated to be around 45 minutes to an hour, however, our leadership had taken time out to review the benefits offered to ensure that I would be able to afford my medication and make sure that the specific medications I needed were covered for my diabetes. This firm is hands down the most welcoming, caring, and compassionate firm I have ever worked for that takes immense care and consideration in the work they do, and performs their duties with a great sense of pride and purpose.
