J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Half Price Books (Frisco, TX) en janv. 2014
Entretien
I filled out an application online. It was probably about a week later that I got a call from the store manager in Frisco asking if I wanted to come in for an interview the next day. The store manager and assistant manager went over my application with me. They asked a few basic questions about me and then described the duties I'd be performing. We really just had a conversation about books and movies. I don't remember everything we talked about, but I am sure at some point the manager mentioned that he liked something I had written in answer to one of the application questions --the application is kind of like a short-answer essay test -- It asked what was the best thing I learned in any job. My answer was 'The best thing I learned in any job was how to do it better.' They offered me the job and I accepted. I started work the following week.
Was a fairly standard retail job interview. Asked about previous retail experience, challenging situations, and also asked about your favorite media or books. Wasn't a particularly challenging interview if you've worked retail before. Didn't last long at all, probably around 20 minutes.

Question 1
What was a difficult situation that you had with a customer and how did you resolve it?
Very straightforward they ask question and as about your background and what kind of media, books, and movies you like. Just be yourself and personable and you’re good. They also go over your resume so make Sure you know what to say and what your wrote. Very friendly!
Easy, straight to the point, very casual. They walk you to the office in the back room and it’s more like a casual conversation than anything. Management is really nice and had a good amount of laughs throughout. They ask if you specialize in a certain topic as well (what books do you read)
