I was contacted by a friend in the company who recommended me for an open position. The hiring manager called me about a month later and gave me a brief phone interview then a few days later sent me an email asking me to schedule an interview. A week later I interviewed and then was sent to do informal interviews with two store managers over the following week. Within a week of my last interview with a store manager, I was given an offer contingent on a background check. That took another two weeks after which I set a start date. It took about three months start to finish.
