The process was fast, which I appreciated. There were two phone interviews and one 4 hour in person interview. I felt this gave me the chance to get a real sense of the company and position. The "live" interview included coaching and meeting role play. It's was challenging and inspiring.

Virtual meeting and the hiring manager was late. Not a great company outlook. But I was offered the role within 48 hours. I kindly declined since I found a better company.
