After a long, intensive application process I received an email notification one week prior to virtual interview. Interview questions were tough and mainly based around specific scenarios with heavy reference of new Dfe legislation and guidance. There was around 8 - 10 questions, with focus on procedures, strategies, experience and working knowledge of statutory guidelines. Interviewers were professional and patient. Feedback was given the day after by a panel member who was great, open to several questions I had and very comprehensive and inspiring. Great experience and shows Hackney Education really do practice their values.
