It was lengthy! It extended to 2+ months. They expressed interest, but then failed to follow up for weeks at a time. I eventually got the job offer, but the process was involved. Also, during the interview process, I learned that many employees need to park in a lot that is in another town and then take a shuttle to the hospital. Just keep that in mind if you need to be on-site because it will affect your commute time.
