First the interview for ~40 minutes in which they asked about experience, then a proofreading and copyediting task to be done on paper within a very brief time frame. They provided the full job spec in the interview and it was very different to what was posted online when I applied, so it wasn't what I expected and I felt a little blindsided by this.
