J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hachette UK (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2022
Entretien
We had about two/three rounds of interviews, one with about 45-50 participants and the other with about 25-30. It was almost impossible to gauge the room and build rapport, but the hiring manager and editors interviewing us were very kind and patient. We answered questions one by one, and seeing everyone answer the same one was daunting and anxiety inducing. We were told that no prior experience was required, for the base level internship but I would say 90% of people there had participated in internships or had experience before, or the very least a Master’s. The interview itself was very tough, we had a group interview over Zoom where we created a group task. Then we answered 5-6 questions with a chosen editor. I could literally see the time for the interview ticking down as I spoke.

Lots of people in a video call. Did an editorial trial and a team exercise, followed by a fifteen minute interview in a breakout room. Involved discussing marketing techniques, sending emails, and talking about prior experience.

I received note of the interview about one week after my application. It was friendly and relatively informal - main topics covered included interest in their book list, key skills and any potential weaknesses.
