HR interview. The questions were standard and easy. I thought it went smoothly, but the recruiter ghosted me after I followed up with her multiple times. Very unprofessional hiring experience.
After sending in my application, I had a pleasant conversation with the hiring manager. This was followed by an assignment. Everyone was very kind, and I felt like I gained a good understanding of how the team worked.

Entretien
I applied via employee referral. I had an initial phone interview with HR, then a video interview with the two hiring managers, and lastly I was asked to do an editorial assignment. The whole process lasted two months.
