Drawn out and poorly communicated. Started with a text from recruiter to schedule a phone call. Followed by three very drawn out phone calls from separate hiring managers, all the while being told by recruiter I could talk to them any time. However, any time I tried to contact the recruiter I got sent to voicemail or ignored. The interviews seemed to go well but I was sent an email six weeks after the initial text saying other candidates were selected. When I replied with a thanks anyway I got an out of office reply saying the recruiter had gone on vacation. Not sure what happened.

Entretien
I had a total of 5 interviews, all with different people. The interviews went great! Each person seemed to genuinely like me. Some interviews lasted up to an hour. I answered a variety of questions and also provided information about my experience in customer service, field work. The overall problem I believe they had with me was the pay. To go through 5 interviews with different people, you would think they are really looking for people with great work ethics, who will honestly deliver...I have now come to the conclusion Hach, like so many other companies will hire bodies instead. These types of companies usually have a high turnover rate. Companies today don’t want to pay hourly employees what they’re worth, yet they’ll throw the money at salary employees who don’t deliver.

Phone and in person interview. called and spoke to regional manager followed by vp of service. Very nice and friendly. Wasnt given any type of test and was not asked any technical quaestions.
