Informal, easy questions asked and can tell interviewee was unprepared. Very basic just asked question about yourself and what was already on resume. Seems like they are not looking for much in a person at all.
My interview with Habitat for Humanity was warm and mission-focused, emphasizing community impact, collaboration, and hands-on learning. The conversation felt supportive, highlighting opportunities to grow while contributing meaningful service to families in need.

Entretien
I was invited to the interview about one month after my online application. It was brief interview. I started with my introduction and there were follow up questions about my experience from the interviewer. It was a nice experience overall.
Very straightforward online one on one interview, asked me questions about coursework/experience relating to the position, why I was interested in it, etc. Only talked to one person for the interview and then I heard back about 1.5/2 weeks later
