First round, phone screening with an HR rep, basic questions. Second round, phone interview with boss and team. More detailed questions and opportunity to engage. Third round, in-person at the office with both HR and Boss/team.

There were three interviews. 1. an initial phone screen. 2. a phone call with one current employee 3. an in person panel interview. The in person panel interview consisted of three other potential coworkers and the person exiting the position I was applying for.
