I will not recommended anyone from service based company to give their interview. I gave interview for care.com and cleared the written coding test. During interview, I gave answer to all the difficult questions but just for 2 questions, I couldn't recall the use of very basic keyword of Java and told how hash map works but forgot the detailed process.
The interviewer already had a bias against me because I'm from service company and went outside of glass room and started mocking me in front of his colleagues. He obviously thought I was not listening as the door was closed but I heard everything.
He was making fun of candidates of service companies and pointing towards me because I could recall a basic keyword.
It's possible for anyone to forget something. I was so demotivated after his comments that I couldn't focus on interview anymore.
They should teach their interviewer how to conduct interviews. If they really think they are so superior than service companies, they shouldn't be calling candidates from them.
