The recruiter is disorganized and does not value candidates time. She rescheduled our interview at the very last minute (right when the interview was starting!) due to a non-urgent reason. She only offered one time to reschedule and it was during the same day. When I so graciously agreed to reschedule to the new time and moved my day around, the recruiter couldn’t be bothered to respond to my thank you note or send a rejection email. This company seemingly does not care about the candidate experience.
