There were five interviews including the HR interview, I met all the team members and the manager. Three of the interviews were great and I felt that I did very well, sadly one of the interviewers was trying to make me look bad for the job and even suggested that I didn't read the job description well enough, it seemed that he was trying so hard to make me look like a bad candidate, it was very strange because the rest of the team gave me the impression that I was a perfect for the role and some of them even said I'm a great fit for the role. I'm suspecting he already had someone that he wanted to have the job. I had a great feeling about this job because I did so well, then after few days I got the rejection, I was surprised by the reason, they said they went with someone with more leadership background which was something I was never asked about it during the interviews.
