Had 2 interviews. Both people were very nice, upfront and informative. After the second interview I didn’t hear anything. Followed up with HR recruiter and nothing again. I was ghosted by the company which is so incredibly unprofessional and makes your company look terrible to anyone outside of it. It takes 5 minutes to make a template to say someone isn’t chosen and 1 second to send it.
