First a skype interview and afterwards, in the second phase, an individual interview. The interviews were nice and easy going, the personnel very kind and able to make you feel comfortable. Not a lot of technical questions, but i think that is related to the fact that the department in which i will work does not need technical calculations.

- how do you manage the stress under pressure
- what are thinking of you your friends/ colleagues
- what will you do when you will not be able to finish your assignment

Entretien
First I completed an online Form. Shortly after that I got invited to do an online video interview consisting of recording my answers to various questions. Finally I had a Teams Interview with the core team I am going to work with. After that I got a call back to talk about the contract.

The first step is a pre-recording video. You have several questions and you have the possibility to train yourself. Questions are generic and you have several possibilities before to send the video.

Ich hatte ein einseitiges Interview auf Englisch. Die Plattform war verwirrend und unangenehm zu benutzen. Ich hatte drei Fragen, die alle ziemlich allgemein waren. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung in Ordnung. In einem einseitigen Interview ist es einfacher, ruhig zu bleiben, weil man einfach mit seinem Handy spricht. Allerdings habe ich danach kein Feedback erhalten.
