It took around 2 months of back-and-forth meetings and interviews before an offer was made. During that period I was given "homework" to do before a follow up meeting could be made. This allowed me to research what all the insurance industry entails which gave me the tools I needed to make the decision to pursue a career in insurance.

I had a phone interview first, then an in person interview after that. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I received an offer shortly after via email, and then had to sign intake forms.

Firstly it was a Phone interview & then in person.
The welcoming energy in the room that helped me put forward my goals and understand their expectations better. It was about 30-40 minutes long and the next day I got a confirmation.
