After reaching out to Yara, the process was as smooth as it gets, as she provided me with all the information I needed to proceed with the interview process. The interview was conducted via zoom and was it was performed in a very professional fashion.

Some of the questions asked revolved around information I shared on my resume, things that motivate me, and what led to me to study finance or look into a career in insurance
The entire interview process was very smooth and easy. I had two rounds of interviews which were very straight forward. All of my interviewers were very welcoming and kind. They were both online on teams.

pretty simple questions had 2 members on the panel and the questions were quite straightforward. No technical questions were asked throughout the interview. After the interview the interviewer even walked me to the elevator .

The interview process was structured very well in my opinion, the interviewer made me feel very comfortable and welcomed throughout the whole process. She asked questions that were very open ended and let me interpret them on my own which I enjoyed knowing there wasn't a right or wrong answer.
