In the interview I was asked many situational questions which were different from what I had faced in my other interviews. A lot of the interview was based on my personal experience and what I have learnt so far in my life and to reflect these learnings in my real life was a bit tricky.

It was a thorough interview primarily focused on my skills and personality specifically about client management and sales and how so I think that I can align my past experience to the insurance sector.

I had a phone interview first, then an in person interview after that. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I received an offer shortly after via email, and then had to sign intake forms.

Firstly it was a Phone interview & then in person.
The welcoming energy in the room that helped me put forward my goals and understand their expectations better. It was about 30-40 minutes long and the next day I got a confirmation.
