Entretien
I applied through the Hub website on 9/17/20 and was contacted for a phone screening three weeks later. After the phone screening by the HR person, I had a phone interview with the person that would be my supervisor. Next came the in-person interview. Everyone involved wore masks. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

What is one thing your coworkers were surprised to learn about you?
I was reached out to via email for a fifteen minute initial phone call with an internal recruiter. A few weeks later, I was reached out to again for an in-person interview. After that interview, I was reached out to a final time for a secondary interview, and then shortly after that I received an offer.

I was contacted by a Hub talent recruiter about 2 weeks after my initial application. The conversation was easy and felt just like a conversation about what I could offer coming in to Hub. This phone call was followed by a Teams interview with my soon to be boss and another with a wider group of Hub management staff. The interviews lasted less than 40 min and were very comfortable.

They asked me all the normal interview questions. One that I remember was how do you prioritize tasks, another was about something I am proud of from my career.
