Started interview process got a call from hiring manager asked me questions on ml algorithms.Then they given me assignment to complete in 2 days ,submitted the assignment. Then had a technical discussion with the senior vp sitting in us. Cleared this round as well. Hr round was scheduled then he told me that he needs decide on package which was aligned to prior discussion on maximum budget. Total waste of time. Hr was kind of saying that I already told my junior your package is on higher side not to schedule interview . If you don't have budget don't waste time of candidates . Fraud company.
