I found the listing on the HTC website and emailed my resume. Instead of a phone-screening, I had to complete a written/typed screening. After that round, I had 1:1 interviews with 2 directors and then a 20 minute follow-up interview later in the week. The interviews were very informal - more of a "get to know you" and see if I would mesh with the company culture. There were the typical "tell me about yourself" questions, but then the interview was very open-ended.
