Extremely disappointing interview experience – both professionally and personally I had an interview with two colleagues: a solution architect and an SCM consultant. Throughout the conversation, there was a clear sense of professional arrogance, as well as a dismissive attitude toward the finance domain. The finance consultant interview focused almost entirely on logistics and SCM topics. Several questions were unrelated to the actual role, and the tone was more about finding gaps in my knowledge than understanding my strengths. The SCM interviewer was particularly cold and arrogant, making the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Communication was often unclear as well. Both interviewers were from the same South Asian background, and it felt like they were only open to candidates from their own nationality, while showing little to no openness toward applicants from Europe or North America. It left me with the impression that diversity and inclusion are not truly valued. Immediately after the interview, I informed HSO that I was no longer interested in working with them. Sadly, this experience reflects concerns that have been mentioned in several professional LinkedIn groups over the past two years about HSO's cultural and management issues. It’s unfortunate, as the company used to have a good reputation.

There were a 4 rounds of the Interviews 1. HR, 2. future Team lead, 3. future Division Manager, 4. HR with final offer. Some additional e-mail's regarding the final offer were exchanged.
