Fill in online application and online questions. You will be contacted with an interview date by email from the HR Department. Confirmation required via email accepting interview slot. Interviewed by the new stores manager as well as the regional area manager. Was called the next day by phone and offered position. Training academy was mentioned which is a must to attend. All travel and hotel expenses paid by head office.

Very friendly interview process. The company make an effort to get to know you and HR wish you luck on your way to the interview, which is a great introduction to HSL.

Applied online and got an email from recruitment department inviting me for an interview. I phoned them to confirm and was given a time slot. The interview took place in the store. Interview lasted about half an hour and was interviewed by a regional manager. I was asked if I wanted a drink and we chatted a bit before the interview began. It was relaxed and not stressful.
