First a phone interview then an online assessment then an in person interview. The in person interview was disappointing as there is no opportunity to talk about your experience or skills. It is a competency based interview so research the STAR technique before interviewing.

Then you will do your one-one competency based interview questions. Questions are in this manner "Can you describe", "tell me about a time"
