Very good and approachable staff.
Interviewer made me so comfortable. There are few basic STAR questions relevant to customer service roles.
Also there were a role playing scenario as well.

Tell me about a situation when you went extra mile for a customer ?
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle

Easy enough , staff nice , star questions , be confident , make eye contact , be enthusiastic show skills , enjoy it , try hard . Ask questions like a typical day
