Two young men came for an interview. (The local branch has not yet been fully established. The two guys are senior editors and act as HR...) After a while of greetings, I asked a few car questions. As the conversation became more interesting, I was even given a business card. The two young brothers said, why don't we meet together. I turned around and went out, and the first lady came in and gave me a personality test. She said she wanted to test your personality to see if you would be compatible with our team.

Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
