On the day there were 3 interviews: one motivational, one technical, and one competency. Each interview lasted around 20 - 25 minutes. Interviewers were great and the overall experience was positive.

Telephone Interview: Most interview questions are behavioural. It took around 15-20 minutes. HR was very professional and the atmosphere was good, sadly I did not get into the next round.

Smooth and friendly assessors made everything easier. The general themes are mainly regarding company core values, examining your problem solving capabilities, how you approach the current bank issues. If you do some research beforehand you will be fine.
