I had an interview with HR and then he sent the link to some kind of psychological test, it consisted of many strange and tricky questions. They've never contacted me again.

Entretien
Applied abroad. The recruiter said they are okay with a visa sponsorship and will hand over the application to HM. Screening was smooth and easy but I waited for a month with two follow up only to hear I won't be proceed. The process is slow and if you don't want to move a candidate to the next stage you should reject them early.

Did the Online Immersive Assessment first, which took around 1 hour, which includes lots of multiple choice, if lucky to passed then has 1st round online interview with bot, if passed, i think there will be some in person interview, but since I failed, so I am not sure about it
