I applied online at the company website. After you fill out the application, they make you take a math test. The test is multiple choice and is pretty easy.
First round was a basic phone interview. Nothing out of the blue. Your basic "walk me through your resume" and "what are your strengths and weaknesses"?
After that, you are invited to the New York Office for a Superday.

Online assessment then behavioral questions then a case study, somewhat easy though you are recorded answering some questions and talking to some virtual clients. The cases include clients that you need to convince to stay with HSBC or to change to the private banking division
