Pretty much a personality fit, I felt too foreign for them and too energetic for their calm environment. It was a mismatch. People pose themselves for very knowledgeable, however, on the second look they do not have neither educational nor country-specific background. I suggest to downplay the personality and individuality and to try to match the "collegial" culture of HSBC if you want this job.

hr is friendly, nice to talk to, and gives me advice on what I should do for my course, and is very patient in explaining the job scope,the environment of the office is really comfortable and great to work at .
