Initially HR contacted on call and arranged for an interview on weekend. 1st round - written test (easy) 2nd round - technical interview (easy to moderate) then I was said that I am put on hold since the requirement was full. I was again contacted for a technical interview on next weekend. 3rd round - technical interview along with some general questions (very easy) 4th round - HR interview where in salary negotiation would happen. Believe me they are truly traders, they would fight for even 10k.
