J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez HSBC (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2014
Entretien
This was an interview with a Hongkong based manager for a role in Sheffield and London, UK. This was a telephone interview followed by a "face-to-face". Both interviews were with the hiring manager, who was extremely easy to talk to. I absolutely got the feeling I knew this guy by the end.
The logistics of the face to face interview were difficult - I had to go to their Canary Wharf building where I was left to sit in reception for over half an hour, and when finally sent to the relevant floor, I was given the wrong instruction and it took another 10 minutes to locate the contact who took me to the room for the interview.
Having purposely arrived 20 minutes early (to allow for finding the right building etc), I was 30 minutes late and so not in the best frame of mind for the interview, which was conducted using a laptop and webcam.

Question 1
My favourite question was: "if you could only use one to deliver your message, would you chose MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint"?
I went for 4 interview rounds.
1. Recruiter
2. Personality Test
3. Interview with department head
4. Case study round with colleagues
The last round was a waste of my time. The company didn't even get back to me and asked to send the case study over. It seems like they are sourcing for ideas from interviewers on how to develop their product.

Question 1
What is your experience with international stakeholders?
I was approached by a recruitment firm. Then I accepted and it was conducted via online with the HSBC Project management team lead. The interview was completed in under 20 mins and was very professional.

Video interview with the hiring manager. Work experience and technical based questions were asked during the interview. The questions were fairly straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary. I definitely had a good experience.
