I had a phone interview with 3 associates. Then was invited to meet with the group's head. After this HR contacted me again to meet with 4 more people, one Managing Director and 3 Associates. HR has been giving me feedback all along and has kept me up to date on the progress of the process.

Question 1
Questions have been mostly about fit and previous experience, no hard technical questions (yet).
The interview was a Face to face interview, short apt test is required after application submission. When interview was asked about behavioral questions and previous working experiences related to the role.
It was a smooth process. There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was completely technical where I was asked questions about my experience, projects and given a couple of technical questions. The second round was more techno-managerial where I was given some scenarios to understand my approach.
